Funding opportunity: Three RFAs from CDPHE's Amendment 35 Grants Program

The Amendment 35 Grants Program at the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment is pleased to announce the coordinated release of the following Requests For Applications (RFA's);
  • The Cancer Cardiovascular Disease and Pulmonary Disease Competitive Grants Program
  • The Health Disparities Grant Program
  • The Tobacco Education, Prevention and Cessation Grant Program
We have aligned each of the three application packages to look similar and created digital application folders which include all of the required documents for each RFA. We implemented the same application timeline for all three RFA's and streamlined the process for question submissions. Our intent is that the process for each of these applications is standardized and reduces the administrative burden of the application process.

Please note that agencies must apply individually for each grant program in accordance with the guidance outlined in each individual RFA. All Applications must be received by the Department by 5:00PM Tuesday, September 30, 2014

All three RFA packages are published here.

Applicants must submit a Letter of Intent by 5:00 PM Wednesday August 20, 2014.

Letters must be received by email at cdphe_a35grantreviewcommittees@state.co.us .

If the Letter of Intent is not received by this deadline, an application will not be accepted.

Please note, an email confirmation of receipt will be sent to everyone who submits a Letter of Intent.

If you do not receive an email confirmation of receipt please contact us at: 303.692.2698

Sincerely,

Mauricio Palacio, M.S.

Director, Office of Health Equity
Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment
